Assembly Presentation
Our
students of Prep Senior showcased their confidence and enthusiasm as they used Arts
as a platform for their assembly presentation based on the IB Learner
Profiles. In the PYP, Arts are identified as
dance, drama, music and visual arts. The IB Learner Profile is integral to
teaching and learning Arts in the PYP because it represents the qualities of
effective learners and internationally minded students.
Students enacted short stories, recited a rhyme and danced to a peppy
number which were related to the IB Learner Profiles. They developed the PYP Attitudes
of confidence, cooperation and appreciation.
Our little spectators of Nursery and Prep
Junior were completely engaged and thoroughly enjoyed the presentation as they
got a better understanding of the IB Learner Profiles.
